Rent a country for just 40k pounds a night

The entire Liechtenstein, a tiny land-locked country between Austria and Switzerland, is being offered for hire to tourists at £40,000 a night. The country's officials decided to put the whole state up for rent after realising its potential earlier this year, reports the Daily Mail.
Those who travel to the country, which has become known as a taxhaven, will have accommodation for 150 guests. They will have the run of the land and use of the police, even though Liechtenstein has one of the lowest crime rates in the area.
The new temporary 'owners' of country will be presented with a symbolic key to the country in a ceremony at the state parliament.
There is a two-night minimum stay requirement and guests will be treated to wine-tasting from the Prince's personal cellar and a sumptuous dinner overlooking Vaduz Castle. Skiing, tobogganing, fireworks and horsedrawn carriage rides through the capital Vaduz are other options included.
However, the country's 30,000 population will be allowed to stay. Liechtenstein measures about 61.7 square miles, and the official language is German.
Airbnb, the firm organising the renting, said the scheme's purpose was to connect people. "Guests can build connections with their hosts, gain access to distinctive spaces and immerse themselves in local culture," a spokesman said.
